Day Trip to St Barts with the Edge Ferry 

Check in at 8am for a 9am departure to St Barts, the "The Jewel of the Caribbean". Just 45 minutes from Simpson Bay Resort with the "Edge" ferries, to arrive in Gustavia Harbour, the hub of activity.

Taxi tours and rental cars can be arranged upon arrival in Gustavia, right at the ferry. Taxis charge around $15pp, so climb in with a few other guests. Private tours start at $100.

The island is only 9 square miles so after touring you will stop at St Jean Beach for shopping, beaching and lunch, and then return to Gustavia with a short time to spare for shopping before the ferry departs.

Check in for the boat's return is at 3.30pm.

This exceptional island has white sandy beaches, good snorkeling, great restaurants and a unique shell museum. A day guaranteed to entertain with sights and delights. Lunch can be had at a local burger shack, or fine dining at one of the exclusive hotels, your choice, beachside….. Nikki Beach anyone?

• Check in for day trips start at 8am till 8:30am. No check-ins are possible after this time.
• When paying your balance as outlined on your voucher at check in by credit card, you may be subject to a 5% credit card fee.
• Some trips like ferries run regardless of weather, please contact us if you have concerns.
• The 45 minute ferry ride can be bouncy going over and is usually quite smooth coming back.
