Your private transfer guide will meet you at the airport with our exclusive meet and greet service. They'll be monitoring your flight and there will be no charge any possible flight delays. You'll board a car or minivan to share with other passengers who may be traveling to the same or a nearby zone.

Our private transfer guide will meet you at the terminal, look out for your name on a sign. If you do not see your name, please go to the tourist help desk and them call the driver. When departing your hotel or villa, there is a maximum of 15 minute waiting at the lobby area.

• After 15 minutes waiting, the vehicle will leave the hotel/ villa, no refunds will be issued
• No time changes once confirmed
• Infants must sit on laps
• Change of pick up time on departyre on the same day will incur a change fee
• Max. of 15 passengers per vehicle

Due to the small group size and nature of this service, all sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalities.
